November marked a month of strategic positioning and quiet strength for the Hydra ecosystem. While operating under a lean execution model, the team maintained progress across multiple fronts — from cross-chain expansion and marketing preparation to ecosystem development and platform upgrades. The highlight of the month was the successful launch of ANI, Hydra’s first self-growing token economy, fully powered by hyUSD, Hydra’s yield-bearing stable asset.
Meanwhile, the #Hydra Multibridge expanded to support Base, a fast-growing L2 ecosystem — unlocking new liquidity paths and potential discoverability channels. Marketing systems remain warmed up and ready for rapid deployment once budget approvals are finalized, ensuring minimal delay as campaigns resume.
📣 1. Marketing Update
November focused on strategic preservation rather than activation, as budget finalization remained pending. Despite this, infrastructure and relationships were actively maintained to minimize latency once campaigns resume. The groundwork laid in prior months continues to pay off, keeping Hydra’s marketing engine in a launch-ready state .

🔧 2. Development Update
⭐ ANI Officially Launches on Hydra Chain
Last month, we introduced a project designed to push the boundaries of tokenomics. Now it’s live — and it’s already making waves.
ANI is a self-growing, self-burning, and community-driven token economy where every buy, sell, or raid action contributes to long-term progression. Built entirely on Hydra, ANI demonstrates the powerful synergy between custom smart contract design and ultra-fast Layer 1 infrastructure.
🌀 Zero Supply Genesis — 100% fair launch with no VC, no insider allocation
📈 Dynamic Pricing — Token price adjusts with each mint/burn step
🔥 Smart DEX Integration — Every trade fuels a 1% fee split: half burned, half to treasury
💎 Treasury Growth — Surpassed $20,000, compounding via $hyUSD
💣 Firesales = 100% burn
⚔️ Inactive wallets = raidable in 30 days
🚀 Community-Driven Start — $153K+ in launch participation raised the floor price by 18%
🔁 Real Impact on Hydra — Trading, treasury yield, and liquidity all contribute to on-chain volume and TVL
With transparent mechanics, evolving price logic, and interactive features, ANI shows how far token design can go when paired with the speed and finality of Hydra.

🌉🐉 Hydra Now Live on BASE via Multibridge 🔵✨
Hydra has officially bridged to BASE, one of the fastest-growing ecosystems in crypto — now accessible directly via the Hydra Multibridge! 🚀 With 1.4M+ daily users and $1.75B+ in daily swap volume, BASE offers Hydra exposure to a vibrant, high-velocity network of users and builders.
This move unlocks more than just access — it lays the groundwork for a potentially strategic breakthrough:
1️⃣ Bridge HYDRA to Base 🔁
2️⃣ Deploy a HYDRA/USDC pool on Aerodrome 💧
3️⃣ Build trading activity and liquidity 📈
4️⃣ Potential visibility inside the Coinbase app for U.S. retail users 👀📲
While nothing is guaranteed, this roadmap is real — and the foundation is live. This is a smart expansion into a dynamic ecosystem, aligning Hydra with one of crypto’s most promising growth zones.
🔗 The Hydra Multibridge now connects: Ethereum ⚙️ | BSC 🟡 | Polygon 🟣 | Base 🔵 | and of course… Hydra 🐉
Its modular design continues to empower seamless, strategic growth across chains.
💡 Next up: designing liquidity mining campaigns to activate the new routes. Hydra is not just expanding — it’s building toward meaningful access, deeper utility, and long-term visibility.
✅ Completed Dev Issues
Integrate BASE chain into the bridge: The bridge now supports the BASE chain, with contracts deployed, tokens mapped, and both the observer and user interface updated.
Improve liquidity calculation in the bridge frontend: The frontend now shows more accurate liquidity information by including pending bridge proposals in its calculations.
Clear feedback for low balances: If your balance is too low to send a transaction, you’ll now see a clear message in the interface explaining the issue.
Set up monitoring: Monitoring is now enabled for all listed servers to help track system health and performance.
Frontend text updates: Various text changes were made across the frontend for better clarity and readability.
Time sync check and reminder: The app now checks if your device’s clock is accurate and will show a warning if there’s a time synchronization problem.
Mini FAQ on the portfolio page: A mini FAQ popup/modal was added to the delegation portfolio page to answer common questions.
Enable ban service on mainnet: The mainnet now has the ban service turned on for better network management.
Better Metamask connection on DEX: The DEX now offers a smoother and more stable connection process with the Metamask wallet.
Sortable positions and validators: You can now sort your positions and validator lists on the frontend for easier tracking.
Upgrade Inspector and Faucet services: The machines running Inspector and Faucet services were upgraded for improved reliability.
Correct HYDRA supply shown on Coingecko and CoinMarketCap: the correct HYDRA supply is shown with only a minor margin of error, thanks to updated API integration. Also corrected and linked Hydra’s official Twitter, Reddit, and Medium pages.
🔧 Opened Issues — In Development
Investigate bridge observer instability: We’re working on finding and fixing the causes of instability in the bridge observer system.
Update loading message in delegation tab: The delegation tab will soon feature a clearer loading message to improve your experience while data is loading.
🤝 3. Business Development Update
The business development role filled by Stoyan was temporarily suspended due to community feedback. There is a preliminary agreement to continue work on a performance basis if reactivated. If the community has a strong inclination to reactivate him, we can commence negotiations or perhaps look into some other path.
🗳️ 4. DAO Update
💰 Monthly Expenses
Total infrastructure and staffing costs for November (covering October operations) amounted to $14,959.23 — a decrease of roughly $4,000 from two months ago, reflecting the impact of the cost-cutting program initiated in mid-August.
🎁 HIP-18 Rewards
Month 1 rewards — totaling 38,834 HYDRA — were successfully distributed to all HIP-18 (exchange listing maintenance) participants. Month 2 rewards are scheduled for distribution this week.
📉 Marketing Spend
No marketing expenses were recorded for November’s working month.
